The process of my In-House Meal prep Session:

• Meet to go over your choices of delicious, light, quick and easy recipes to prep
• You will choose 2 recipes
• Schedule a day and time for prepping that works best for you
• I will email a list of the main ingredients 
• I will provide all the seasonings and bake ware if you do not have your own
• I will arrive to your home for a fun meal prep session
• I will help pack your meals
