Me, purchase ready prepared meals? Yes. After training for my December competition and cooking meal after meal (6 a day) for a solid 12 weeks ... this gal needed a break. I have my macros right where I want them for this week. Down the road I may make a few adjustments, but it's a good place to start for my goals right now.
