
If you are looking for a personal trainer in Central FL, I cannot recommend her enough! She provided me with a custom fitness regiment to accommodate past running injuries and she completely revamped my nutrition to maximize my calorie/fat/carb burn.

My experience with Sandy Bedont, Personal Trainer
When I heard about Sandy’s new business as a personal trainer, I quickly became interest. My personal goal was not only to lose weight, but also to feel better, have less stress and improve my overall well being.
Sandy quickly became available and, always with a smile, fulfilled all my needs (times, day, number of times/week and location). Sandy created a workout routine that will help me achieve my goals. Within a month I could see results and within 3 months I could loosely fit into my clothes.
In addition to her work out routines, Sandy kept me informed about fitness and healthy eating via her Facebook Fan Page "Fitness Fanatic, INC.

I would like to say KUDOS to Sandy Bedont on working with my daughter, Jessica. My daughter is a softball player and had all the key ingredients to play softball. Her pitching was right on target. She fields and hits well. The only weakness she had was running from base to base. A parent of one of her teammates suggested to hook her up with a personal trainer to tweak her running and speed. I was thinking who do I know that could work with her? I then thought of Sandy Bedont who was my daughter’s Physical Education teacher at Carillon Elementary when she was younger. My daughter started with Sandy 11/2011. Within 3 months of working out with Sandy, my daughter’s speed had increased significantly. So much, that parents who had seen and known my daughter through softball tournaments were amazed at how fast her speed had been running from base to base. We play volleyball for Hagerty High School and club volleyball. We wanted to improve on our speed, agility and over all performance on the volleyball court. We started training with Sandy and saw huge results in the 8 weeks of training. The training really improved our speed and agility. Sandy keeps the training fun and exciting by changing up the drills. Sandy adds a lot of challenges and pushes you just enough to get the most out of every workout. It was really fun doing the training with someone. Sandy challenged us against one another which was a healthy competitive edge to our training sessions.

Hi. My name is Kim Baugher. I started working out with Sandy four months ago. I have been doing her treadmill workouts. She has helped me so much. I have built up so much endurance since I have started working with her. I used to have difficulty fast walking and now I can run at 6.4!! I never thought I could run!! Trust me I have tried many times to become a “runner”. It never worked till I meet Sandy! She has pushed me out of my comfort zone so many times! I love it! I have lost inches and finally my legs are starting to change!! She is very positive and so motivational!! She is a wonderful trainer and person. She inspires me everyday.

My name is Kim Pellegrino and I started training with Sandy I believe 9 months ago. I think I was one of her first clients. I started off with her as my personal trainer then we moved on to her Boot Camp and Core. I absolutely loved the Boot Camp. I felt I was able to get in strength training and cardio in one Boot class. I think Sandy has a lot to offer anyone who is interested in personal training, Boot Camp or her Core. She cares very much for each and every one of her clients and spends a lot of time preparing for your training sessions. It is very important to her to see you accomplish the goals you set together. When I first started I was only able to do push ups on my knees and now I can do them without my knees and I can do close to 20. I think that is a great accomplishment. Sandy knows when to push you and when to back off. She has not only been a trainer to me but I feel we have also become friends.
